Kathy and I would like to thank you for your extraordinary help in selling our home in Encino. Frankly, we can’t think of one of them who had the magic combination you both offer, of: knowledge, negotiating skills, and the caring manner in which the two of you took care of each and every detail of this process. Quite honestly, we felt like we had family taking care of us. You were always available, always at the house no matter who was looking at it, or inspecting it, and, always gave advice with much wisdom.
