This being my first home sale, I still can’t believe how quickly my aunt and mother’s home in Culver City sold. When the first listing in late May brought four offers before I reached California from my home in Alabama I was excited and although these did not work out due to seller/buyer differences, you both encouraged me and listed another showing right away. Our buyer was found; meeting our cash prerequisite and more essential, agreeable to terms, i.e. mandatory California stipulations, and other things that might incur delays in closing escrow. I established an end sum of what was needed for my aunt’s living expenses in assisted care and you surpassed our obligations even after paying broker/realtor and escrow fees. At most, I want to thank you for your counseling, this being my first home sale in a home I didn’t live in and in a state I didn’t live in. Always on top of everything; communication, appointment visits and the personal touch you provided simplified the mounds of paperwork creating a stress-free atmosphere during an unbalanced segment in my life. You made me feel as if we knew each other for years…like family!
